Description

The Blank Center’s #How2Tuesday series continues on Tuesday, February 19 at 5pm in the Blank Center Televideo Room: How 2 Avoid Second-Stage Growth Pains with serial entrepreneur and leadership development coach, Ed Brzychcy MBA’16!

Entrepreneurs are often focused on bringing their products to market and external development. As an entrepreneur, are you focusing on internal development and culture as much as product and market opportunities? Join us as Ed explains how internal growth is as significant as developing a market opportunity for startup businesses.

Attendees will come away from this session with actionable items that Ed uses with his enterprise-level clients in building and sustaining a sustainable and scalable business culture. Our discussion will focus on:

- How entrepreneurs and business leaders drive culture.
- How internal development and the shift of internal roles and responsibilities can make or break a startup.
- How building a strong management team and cohesive internal structure attracts investors and increases enterprise value.
